• We accept returns for items in new or slightly used condition, provided they are returned in the same condition as received.

Easy Return Process

2. Get your label: We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Send it back: Drop the package at your nearest carrier location.
4. Refund issued: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Restocking fee

• We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Exclusions

• Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
• Personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Request exchange when contacting us, and we’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
